Loan Eligibility Guidelines
NENDC offers a low interest loan. Eligibility requires that you must own your home and live in the NENDC service area (between Larpenteur, Interstate 94 and Mc Knight and Johnson Parkway). You must also meet the income guidelines.

To determine your household income you must include the income of every person in your household even if they are not related to you. These household incomes listed above are the highest. You must be at or below them to be considered for a loan.
Special circumstance such as extraordinary family medical expenses, additional cost of lead abatement work and the particular location or condition of your home may qualify you for the deferred loan program. The Finance Committee will review written requests for consideration for special eligibility for the deferred loan program.
